1.1 Age Requirement

The 8999tk platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 8999tk reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Any winnings generated by an underage player are considered void.

1.2 One Account Per Household

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 8999tk. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 8999tk employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without prior notice, and any bonus winnings or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering for an 8999tk account, you must provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 8999tk reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to close or suspend your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8999tk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 8999tk accepts no liability for any third-party fees charged by payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Players who have completed full account verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits at 8999tk's discretion. All applicable limits will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 8999tk payments team and are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. 8999tk reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 8999tk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems outside its control.

2.4 Own Payment Accounts Only

You may only use payment methods (bKash numbers, bank accounts, mobile wallet accounts) that are registered in your own legal name and that match the name on your 8999tk account. Deposits or withdrawals made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be frozen and returned to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees. Repeated violations of this clause may result in permanent account suspension.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 8999tk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only. 8999tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after the validity period expires will be removed automatically. Real-money funds in your account are not affected by the expiry of bonus funds.

3.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

8999tk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, and using automated software to place bets on your behalf. If 8999tk determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, close the account, and withhold the account balance pending investigation.

3.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The 8999tk welcome bonus is available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account on 8999tk under any name or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus. 8999tk reserves the right to verify welcome bonus eligibility and to reclaim any welcome bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player was not eligible at the time the bonus was claimed.

4.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on 8999tk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those studios' own operational standards and audit procedures. 8999tk does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any RNG or live dealer game round.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8999tk platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through a known glitch are void.
• Colluding with other players or with any staff member of 8999tk or its game providers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupting the integrity of any sporting event offered for betting.
• Placing bets using insider information on any sports event.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings generated through such conduct will be voided, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Bet Acceptance & Voiding

8999tk reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: manifest error in odds or game pricing; technical failure that affected the integrity of a game round; evidence of prohibited conduct by the player; or an event being settled incorrectly due to data feed error. In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 8999tk's decision on bet voiding is final and not subject to appeal outside the formal complaints process.

5.1 Player Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8999tk username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 8999tk will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 8999tk support immediately at [email protected]. 8999tk accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8999tk may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of your registered payment method. 5.3 SSL Encryption & Data Protection

6.1 Player Obligations

7.1 Service Availability

7.2 Maximum Liability

7.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on 8999tk are provided by independent third-party studios. 8999tk is not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions in third-party game content. Any disputes regarding individual game rounds provided by a third-party studio will be referred to that studio's dispute resolution process. 8999tk will act in good faith as an intermediary in such disputes but cannot override a third-party game provider's ruling on a game outcome.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

8999tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of the last update clearly shown. Your continued use of the 8999tk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 8999tk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any active promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8999tk with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
